I’ve always heard about Bed and Breakfasts and never stayed at one. Nancy suggested we try one so we wouldn’t have to drive like crazy before today’s cruise. I liked the idea so we booked two…. one for last night and one for tonight. The change in plans helped free up some time which we were able to use to visit the Glacier and the Alaska Sea Life Center yesterday afternoon. Anyway, we had half of a little cottage and we were impressed.
The Farm Bed and Breakfast is located Just off the beaten path… or I should say Seward Highway, just as you get to Seward, Alaska. They have about 10 rooms. Service was a little more down home than a hotel and we save a lot of money on our car insurance… I mean room. Being it was our first stay in a B&B and I have nothing else to compare it to. We were thoroughly impressed and would recommend it to you too.
